2) If the problem is not due to outdated drivers then you can move on to follow this step. You can carry quick system restore to the date when your PC worked perfectly or uninstall recently installed softwares.
3) If your problem is not solved even after the above steps then you must carry a full scan from a updated antivirus tool and look for any harmful viruses in your system
